Steinway Tower (435m)
Like the previous one, 111 West 57th Street, also called the Steinway Tower in honor of the original building that stood at this point, is also under construction, but almost finished. It does not win in length to the other tallest buildings roofing quotes near me in New York but it does in thinness: it is the narrowest housing skyscraper in the world. In fact, its width only allows one residence per floor. Curious, right?
