One World Trade Center (541m)
One World Trade Center is not only the tallest building in New York, but also in the Western world, as well as being the seventh tallest in the world. Its construction began on April 27, 2005, five years after the 9/11 attacks that destroyed the original World Trade Center. Its architect, David Childs, also designed the famous Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the tallest building in the world. A tall architect!
